Who Cazeus will accept — and who it turns away
Before the bonus, before the game count, one question decides everything: will the casino open an account for you at all? The answer is in clause 2.3 of the operator's own terms, and it is longer than most people expect.
Start here: the countries Cazeus refuses
Clause 2.3 names two dozen “Excluded Jurisdictions” whose residents may not open an account or add funds at all — and the casino reserves the right to change that list at its sole discretion, without warning.
- Greece, Sweden, Romania, Russia and Ukraine
- Denmark, Estonia, Lithuania, Bulgaria, Cyprus and Malta
- United States, Belarus, Moldova, Armenia, Georgia and China
- Curaçao itself, plus Afghanistan, Iran, Iraq, Israel, North Korea and Côte d'Ivoire

What the terms say about legality
Clause 2.2 is unusually candid. Cazeus states that it provides no assurances or warranties whatsoever regarding the legality of your use of the website — expressly including the case where gambling is prohibited, regulated or unregulated where you are — and that knowing your own country's law is solely your responsibility, at all times.
Read plainly, the operator declines to tell you it is legal where you live. That is the standard offshore position, stated more honestly than most. But it does mean the question is yours to answer, not theirs.

What a local licence would have given you

Three checks before you deposit
Confirm your country is not on the excluded list. Confirm you can complete verification with documents in your own name. And set a deposit limit before the first deposit rather than after the first loss. None of it takes five minutes, and it is the difference between a working account and a frozen balance.
