Cazeus app and mobile play
There is no native app in the App Store or Google Play. What exists is a mobile-optimised web app, which for practical purposes works the same — and avoids the main security problem with casino apps.
Mobile play, no download required
You open the site in your phone browser and, if you want an app-like experience, add it to your home screen. It then launches in its own window without browser chrome and behaves much like an installed application. Nothing is downloaded, nothing needs updating, and the same account and balance carry across desktop and mobile.

Why there's nothing in the app store
Apple and Google both restrict real-money gambling apps to operators holding a licence in the specific country the app is distributed in. Cazeus does not name a gambling licence, a licensor, or an operating company anywhere on its own site, so it has no basis to meet that country-by-country requirement, and a web app is the only route available. Lacking a native app is normal for offshore casinos generally; not disclosing a licence at all is the less common part.
The APK trap
Because no official Android app exists, third-party sites fill the gap with files advertised as the official APK. Treat these as hostile. Sideloaded gambling APKs are a well-established distribution channel for credential stealers and banking trojans, and an app that can read your screen and intercept SMS can take both your casino account and your bank.
If you want the site on your phone, use the add-to-home-screen route above. There is no functional benefit to an APK that would justify the risk, and any file offered as an official app from a source other than the operator's own domain should be assumed malicious.
What you get, and what you don't
