Opening an account takes about a minute. The parts worth slowing down for are the currency choice, verification, and knowing why a login can fail through no fault of your own.
Setting up access

If the login screen fights back
Work through these in order before contacting support:
- Wrong credentials — use the password reset link rather than retrying, since repeated failures can temporarily lock the account
- Account locked after failed attempts — this usually clears on its own, otherwise live chat can release it
- Unfinished verification — some accounts are restricted until documents are approved
- An access-restricted page instead of the login form — this is geo-blocking, not a broken account
The blocked-country message, explained
The site blocks visitors from countries it does not serve and shows a restriction notice instead of the lobby. This is deliberate and applies before you log in, which is why the page appears even for existing account holders who travel.
Two warnings follow from this. First, playing from a restricted country can put both the account and any balance at risk, so check the excluded-country list in the operator's terms rather than working around the block. Second, because access is unreliable in blocked markets, search results fill with 'current address' and mirror links — a large share of which are phishing copies built to harvest logins, passwords and wallet credentials. Never enter your details on an address you have not verified from the operator's own channels.
